SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently ship throughout Australia using Australia Post. All orders include tracking.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and Victorian public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard Parcel Post

• Within Victoria: approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Interstate: approximately 3–6 business days after dispatch

Express Post

• Within Victoria: approximately 1–2+ business days after dispatch
• Interstate: approximately 1–3+ business days after dispatch

Express Post is the faster option, but next-business-day delivery is only available within Australia Post’s eligible Express Post network.

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer free Express Post on Australian orders over AUD $99, calculated after discounts and before shipping.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and begin from the business day after your parcel is lodged. Regional and remote destinations may take longer, and delays may occur during peak periods, severe weather or circumstances outside GIMMI’s control.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check that your name, address and postcode are correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, email inquiries.gimmi@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been packed or dispatched.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage may be required before it can be sent again.

MISSING OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information with Australia Post first. You can also contact us at inquiries.gimmi@gmail.com with your order number, and we will assist where possible.
